IPA with Simcoe hops: Firkin-aged Interurban IPA with Simcoe hops. Very nice, $5/pint.
Draught
1. Latona Lager: Brewed with and for our friends Bob and Eliot at 3Pubs, the Latona Lager is a postcard from the sun that reads: "Welcome to summer. Chill, baby-bird." $4.00/pint.
2. Double Dry-Hopped IPA with Simcoe and Citra hops and Valencia orange and lime zest and juice: Can you say refreshing? With all this hop and cirtus, what could go wrong? $5/pint.
3. Solstice Pale Ale: Our Summer Seasonal! A Tangerine flower in a glass, endless days distilled into nectar of barley and hops. One grain, one hop. Simplicity….yet, so much more. $4.00/pint.
4. Interurban IPA: Our eminently drinkable session-style IPA, with Chinook, Centennial, and Cascade hops. $4/pint.
5. Universale Pale: the intergalactically world famously tasty ale that begat the Empire of Fremont Brewing Co. $4/pint.

Description
Industrial yet intimate, the brewery floor is furnished with an 18 feet-long community table made out of recycled bleacher boards from Ballard High School and the swanky red leather banquettes with locally-crafted glass tables that we inherited from the Red Door. The vibe is friendly and unpretentious but cool -- great for group gatherings, private tete-a-tetes, or chance encounters. Beer geeks especially will appreciate the opportunity to talk shop with the brewer/servers and cruise the equipment. The only food we serve is pretzels (free!) but you're welcome to bring food in or have it delivered. Menus from many of Fremont's tasty eateries are provided for your convenience.
Kid- and dog-friendly (leashed friends only, please).
