The Big Beers, Belgians & Barleywines Festival is a three day celebration of craft beer held in the majestic Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Designed as a specialty beer festival focused on education, the Big Beers Festival also offers attendees the opportunity to enjoy the winter playground of Breckenridge, Colorado and has become a destination event for beer lovers and connoisseurs around the globe.
January 4 – 6, 2018 marks the eighteenth anniversary weekend of the Big Beers Festival, which will be held primarily at Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge. In addition to the Commercial Tasting, the largest event of the weekend, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy thirteen unique educational seminars, four food and beer pairing experiences, and a myriad of additional events throughout the Town of Breckenridge.

More than 60 of America’s leading craft breweries have agreed to take part in the ninth annual Denver Rare Beer Tasting to raise funds for the Pints for Prostates campaign.
The prostate cancer awareness event will be held on Oct. 6 in Colorado during the same weekend as the Great American Beer Festival. The Denver Rare Beer Tasting IX features the chance to sample rare, exotic and vintage beers from 68 craft breweries and the opportunity to meet the men and women who made them.

After getting off the plane at Denver International Airport catch DenverRTD's A-Line rail down to Denver's Union Station Terminal Bar to sample elite level beers from Cincinnati's Rhinegeist, Seattle's Fremont Brewing , San Diego's Modern Times Beer, and Denver's own Ratio Beerworks.
Each brewery will showcase a core brand as well as something a little more special and rare. Festivities and special tappings kick off at Noon and will run throughout the afternoon including a vinyl DJ set from Mystery Sisters. Start your GABF week off with some of the country's premiere young breweries immediately after arriving on Denver soil.
