The Roving Cheesemonger and Fremont Brewing present
Beer & Cheese Pairing in the Black Heron Lounge
We'll be offering a curated pairing of 4 specially brewed mixed-fermentation beers & artisan cheeses.
The Black Heron Project is a passion project where we create small-batch, experimental beers that focus on and highlight local grain, local hops, and local fruit.
Alison Leber is the Roving Cheesemonger. She brings cheese to the people with custom pairings, classes and the Roving Cheese Shop - a curated selection of cheeses from near and far, roving to locations around the Sound. The Roving Cheese Shop provides you an opportunity to taste the cheeses and hear the stories about what makes them special before you buy.

Turn up your Pride with us at Latona Pub! This sure-to-be-fab evening will benefit Camp Ten Trees and get your Pride week started right.
Pride, it’s about more than rainbows, unicorns, and glitter; it’s about celebrating queerness and standing up for the safety and self-determination of the LGBTQ community. Really, it’s all about love. That’s why we brew Pride Kolsch; to create and foster a community for LGBTQ people and friends in the craft beer world. Be proud of who you are, who you like, and what you drink. A portion of the proceeds of Pride Kolsch go to organizations fighting for the LGBTQ community, including Camp Ten Trees and the GSBA Scholarship Fund.

Experience the artistry of craft brewing in the form of traditional cask-conditioned beer. To remain true to the spirit of “real ale” all beers are conditioned naturally without artificially introducing CO2 into the cask and will be poured by gravity or via a beer engine and our brewers have created unique beers just for this festival.
