• Stout aged in 8-10 years old Heaven Hill bourbon barrels with tart Montmorency and Dark Tart cherries from Royal Ridge Fruits in Royal WA

• Stout aged in ex-bourbon vanilla extract barrels

Down & Dirty: Maris Otter, Munich, Carafa 1 Special, Roast Barley, Dark Crystal, Rolled Oats, and Flaked Barley with US Magnum and US Golding hops.

Color: Dark black
Aroma: Cocoa, molasses, brown sugar and other sweet aromatics, cherry with dried fruit notes, warming spices, bourbon, oak, and slight coffee
Flavor: Highly sweet, subtly bitter with moderately sweet linger in a full body with definite alcohol warmth and dense carbonation
