BARREL-AGED CUVEE
Orange & Cacao barrel-aged cuvee is the unique blend of an imperial oatmeal stout brewed with licorice, aged on cinnamon bark and then aged in 10-year-old bourbon barrels; and a unique imperial stout brewed exclusively for this cuvee. We then add the zest of many oranges and heaps of cacao nibs to bring you a chocolaty orange treat complemented by the seductive flavors of anise and cinnamon.
Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale, Vienna, Midnight Wheat, Flaked Oats, Roast Barley, Smoked Malt, Cara Gold, Chocolate Malt, and Carafa 2 Malt with Magnum, US Golding, Chinook, and Willamette hops, with Brewer's Licorice, Cinnamon Bark, Orange Zest, and Cacao Nibs.

Aroma presents layered notes of chocolate, cocoa, toffee, and molasses alongside candied citrus, fig, and subtle spice including cinnamon and licorice, with underlying hints of vanilla, whiskey, oak, and coffee. The flavor is rich and malt-forward with mild sweetness and low bitterness, showing dark chocolate, roasted malt, and citrus elements with a balanced, slightly subdued sweetness and softened alcohol presence. Mouthfeel is full and thick with medium carbonation, smooth and warming without astringency, supporting the beer’s dense, robust character.
