Unplugged is a West Coast IPA we brewed with our friends at Breakside Brewing Co.

Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale, Rahr to Thee Pilsner, Vienna, and Rye malt with Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Citra, Citra Hyperboost, Chinook Cryo, and Columbus Cryo hops.
ABV: 7.0%
IBU: 70
Color: Clear light orange
Aromatically, this IPA leans into bright orange and layered citrus with tropical and light stone fruit notes, backed by subtle grassiness, biscuit, pine, and a hint of dank character. The flavor follows with a gentle sweetness balanced by mild bitterness, keeping the profile approachable and cohesive. A medium body supports moderate carbonation, while a touch of astringency and slight warming add structure, finishing with a lightly mouthwatering quality.
