ZooBrew Blonde Ale is brewed in support of Woodland Park Zoo’s Flamingle.

Down & Dirty: Rahr to Thee Pilsner, Dextrapils, Acidulated, and Flaked Rice malt with US Magnum, Cashmere Cryo, Cascade, and El Dorado hops with Citra and Citra Lupulin pellet dry hops.

ABV: 5.0%
IBU: 30
Color: Bright light straw
Aroma: Mild malt aroma of water cracker, bread dough, white bread, and cereal grain, supported by light lemon and orange citrus, mild melon and fruity esters, subtle floral notes, grassy/hay-like hop character, and a hint of honey.
Flavor: Lightly bitter, gently sweet, no saltiness, no sourness, gentle mineral, light lingering bitterness, gentle lingering sweetness.
