Our Barrel Program is guided by two values, excellence and patience. We source only the very best barrels and ingredients we can find. We never release a beer from its wooden paradise until it has reached its peak of barrel-aging.

Black Heron Project
The Black Heron Project is a passion project where we use our original 30-barrel East brewhouse, Oak fermentation foeders, fresh Oak barrels and Oak puncheons to create small-batch, experimental beers that focus on and highlight local grain, local hops, and local fruit.
